The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, with 3+ years in accounting, and preferably healthcare accounting experience and a CPA. Schedule is M-F, 8-5, at Electra, TX location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Three years’ accounting/financial management experience.
• Healthcare accounting experience preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and general ledger accounts.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Monitor and analyze revenue from patient services, insurance reimbursements, and other payer sources.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and healthcare financial regulations.
