About the Role

As an Account Manager at Consilium, you will bring a passion for connecting healthcare professionals with short‑staffed healthcare facilities in rural and other underserved communities. Interview Process
  • Initial phone screen with a corporate recruiter
  • First Interview: 45 minute‑1 hour meeting with your recruiter
  • Sales Assessment: 35‑45 minute online assessment
  • Second Interview: Two 1 hour meetings with hiring leadership
  • Offer: The entire process from application to offer typically takes 1‑2 weeks
