You will act as a trusted advisor, monitor performance against agreements, and escalate issues to leadership as needed. This position emphasizes program leadership over sales growth and requires pharmacy/healthcare leadership experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing client-facing programs and teams in healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the client relationship as a major point of contact for interaction and communication of any and all issues related to the assigned client.
• Act as a trusted advisor for the client to maximize the overall relationship with the client.
• Demonstrate complete understanding of all details in each client's contract.
• Act as the internal expert of the client to ensure contract terms are being met.
• Regularly perform account analysis and reports, proactively making suggestions to enhance accounts while ensuring client satisfaction is achieved.
• Identify and raise training and development needs within the account team to achieve client objectives.
• Collaborate with program manager to review profitability management and service scope.
