Inizio Engage XD in Philadelphia seeks an Account Director to lead a portfolio of healthcare and pharmaceutical client accounts within our Client Engagement Team. You will drive growth, expand existing relationships, and onboard new buying points while coordinating with subject matter experts to deliver value at the XD level.

You will report to the Client Engagement Director, mentor teams, manage SLAs and MSAs, and steer communications across internal teams and clients.

Formación

• 5+ years experience growing accounts and expanding revenue beyond current contacts.
• Experience leading accounts across multiple agency service areas.
• Healthcare industry experience is helpful but not required.
• Agency experience is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Account Leadership: act as ambassador for the agency and set up teams for success with strong briefs and client value perspective.
• Client & Internal Relationships: establish trusted client partnerships and guide cross-functional teams.
• Internally: foster collaboration across XD with subject matter experts and clear client context.
• Commercial Accountability: monitor forecast components and identify growth or risks with the team.
• Agency Growth: plan for growth with existing stakeholders and identify new white-space opportunities.
