Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Retail Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet customers, assist with products, and perform cashier duties to ensure smooth transactions.

In this role, you may support pharmacy operations and participate in promoting CVS loyalty programs, while maintaining store standards and assisting team members across departments. This is a part-time opportunity with benefits.

Qualifications

• Age at least 16 years.
• Stand for long periods and be physically able to perform duties.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and handle objects as needed.
• Visual acuity to read screens and small parts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, assist with locating items and offer help.
• Accurately perform cashier duties with cash, checks, and cards.
• Maintain the sales floor, stock shelves, and update pricing as directed.
• Support opening/closing store activities and assist multiple departments.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and promote CVS services and loyalty programs.
