Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate in a fast-paced retail environment. You will deliver friendly, customer-focused service and support cashier duties while helping keep the store well stocked and organized.

Responsibilities include assisting pharmacy staff as needed, greeting customers, and promoting CVS services and loyalty programs. This role offers growth opportunities within a large, patient-centered company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred.
• Part-time role with 24 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, help locate items and offer assistance.
• Handle cashier duties accurately, including cash, checks and card transactions.
• Maintain sales floor by restocking, updating pricing and supporting inventory tasks.
• Support opening/closing store activities as needed.
• Assist pharmacy staff and participate in growth opportunities where possible.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support health goals.
