JobSiteCare Inc. is seeking a Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site EMT/Medic) in Fort Stockton, TX. You will support worker safety and health through on-site medical care, injury prevention, and coordination with clinical teams.

This role offers independent field work backed by a clinical team and a clear path to impactful patient care. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in emergency or occupational medicine, BLS/CPR/First Aid certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS, CPR, and First Aid certifications required; EMT/NREMT preferred.
• 3-4 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, independent work environments.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and teamwork.
• Must be able to walk jobsite up to 5 hours daily and lift 25–50 pounds.
• Driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient assessments, administer first aid, and provide guided treatment under provider direction.
• Support case management through follow-ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination.
• Foster trust with patients, on-site staff, and healthcare providers for optimal care and communication.
• Serve as a psychosocial support resource using a peer support model for site personnel.
• Lead injury prevention initiatives, including stretch and flex programs and ergonomic coaching.
• Document patient interactions and care in the EHR system.
• Keep on-site medical facility clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Collaborate with jobsite safety teams on orientations, trainings, and assignments.

Location: Fort Stockton, TX

Pay: $23 per hour

Schedule: Day shifts, Monday-Friday 7a-5p

We’re looking for a proactive Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site Medic) to support the safety and well-being of jobsite workers through injury prevention, on-site medical support, and coordination with clinical teams. This is a unique opportunity to work independently in the field while being backed by a supportive clinical team.

About the Role :

• Conduct patient assessments, administer first aid, and provide guided treatment under provider direction.
• Support comprehensive case management through patient follow-ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination.
• Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients, on-site staff, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal care and communication.
• Serve as a resource for psychosocial support, applying a peer support model to assist site personnel.
• Lead proactive injury prevention initiatives, including “stretch and flex” programs and ergonomic coaching.
• Accurately document patient interactions and care in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Ensure the on-site medical facility remains clean, organized, and fully stocked with essential supplies.
• Collaborate with jobsite safety teams by supporting orientations, trainings, and additional assignments.

Ideal Candidates:

• Education: High school or equivalent
• Certified: BLS, CPR, First Aid required. EMT/NREMT preferred
• Experienced: 3-4 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field
• Adaptable: Thrive in fast-paced, independent work environments
• Customer-focused: Strong communicator and team player
• Mobile: Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to walk the jobsite for up to 5 hours daily. Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds.
