Job summary

WorldClinic, Inc is seeking a Health & Wellness Specialist (On‑Site EMT/Medic) to support jobsite workers with injury prevention and on‑site medical care. You will operate in Kings County, TX, and report to a clinical team, delivering care in the field while coordinating with safety staff.

Ideal candidates bring 3–4 years in emergency or occupational medicine, BLS/CPR/First Aid certs, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
BLS, CPR, First Aid certified; EMT/NREMT preferred.
3–4 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field.
Able to thrive in fast-paced, independent work environments.
Strong communicator and team player.
Valid driver’s license; able to walk jobsite up to 5 hours daily; lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Assess patients, administer first aid, and provide guided treatment.
Support comprehensive case management through patient follow-ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination.
Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients, on-site staff, and healthcare providers for optimal care.
Serve as a resource for psychosocial support, applying a peer support model to assist site personnel.
Lead proactive injury prevention initiatives, including “stretch and flex” programs and ergonomic coaching.
Document patient interactions and care in the EHR system.
Ensure the on-site medical facility remains clean, organized, and stocked with essential supplies.
Collaborate with jobsite safety teams by supporting orientations, trainings, and additional assignments.
