Job summary

CVS Health in Northampton, MA is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to deliver friendly, customer-centered service across departments. You will handle cash transactions, stock shelves, assist pharmacy staff when needed, and support opening or closing store activities.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties with cash, checks, and card transactions.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and managing inventory tasks as directed.
• Assist with opening and closing store activities.
• Support multiple departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring stock and operations.
• Assist pharmacy personnel as needed and pursue growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs.
