Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical requirements: standing, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally.
• Visual acuity to operate a computer terminal.
• Preferred: High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues.
• Greeting customers warmly, helping locate items, and assisting with checkout.
• Restocking shelves, updating pricing, and performing inventory tasks as directed.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities and assisting pharmacy personnel when needed.
• Promoting CVS services and loyalty programs to support customers' health goals.
