Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate in Providence, RI. You will deliver friendly, customer-centered service across departments, support cashier operations, and help keep the store stocked and welcoming.

Responsibilities include assisting pharmacy staff when needed and promoting CVS services and loyalty programs. Qualified applicants must be 16+ and may have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Physical requirements: standing, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, visual acuity for computer terminals.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service and resolve issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties and process transactions.
• Restock shelves and manage pricing and inventory as directed.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist other departments including photo and beauty to stay stocked.
• Help pharmacy personnel when needed and grow in pharmacy roles.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to customers.
