Responsibilities

Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues
Greet customers warmly, make eye contact, and assist with locating items
Accurately perform cashier duties and process transactions
Restock shelves, update pricing, and complete inventory tasks
Support opening and closing store activities as needed
Assist other departments (photo, beauty) and ensure areas are stocked and operational
Assist pharmacy personnel and participate in growth and career development opportunities
Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support customer health journeys
