Job Description

Peak Health is seeking a full-time (32 hours/week) Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida. Work hours are flexible, totaling 4 days between Monday and Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with a minimum of 8 hours per day. Training will be a full week (Monday - Friday, 40 hours).

Travel is required, including some travel time within the schedule. Current locations include Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Port Saint Lucie, Plantation, and Boca Raton. Travel is limited to one site per day, with occasional overnight travel possible.

The successful candidate will be a licensed RN with a multi-state license in Florida.

Essential Duties

• Travel to client sites to provide health evaluations, including reviewing health questionnaires, interpreting blood test results, and measuring vital signs and fitness levels.
• Establish individual health goals and recommend improvements.
• Conduct evaluations via teleconference if no site is available.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Nurse Manager.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license for Florida (and other applicable states)
• Valid CPR certification
• Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle with insurance
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Excellent motivational and coaching skills

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000, with an hourly wage of $24.03 to $28.84, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, voluntary benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match after one year, paid vacation and sick days, and holidays.
