In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee resident care, help lead a dedicated care team, and ensure excellence in wellness services aligned with state regulations and company values.

What You’ll Do:

Help lead, train, and supervise care staff to deliver exceptional resident care

Help with oversight of wellness services, medication management, and care planning

Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and accurate documentation

Coordinate with medical professionals, families, and external providers

Respond to emergencies and participate in the Manager-on-Duty rotation

Support wellness programming and promote a safe, service-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For:

Nursing license preferred (as applicable by state) but not required.

3+ years of experience working with seniors preferred

2+ years of supervisory experience required

CPR/First Aid certification required

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR/EMAR)
