Job summary

Brookdale Roanoke is seeking a Health and Wellness Coordinator LPN/LVN to manage the community's day-to-day healthcare operations, oversee clinical services, and support nursing and caregiving staff. This role ensures residents receive high-quality, personalized care as their needs evolve.

You will supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians, and caregivers, provide ongoing education, and participate in medication training and audits per Brookdale guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LPN/LVN license to practice.
• 1–2 years of relevant healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience supervising nursing or caregiving staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day healthcare operations for the community.
• Oversee clinical services and support nursing/caregiving staff.
• Ensure high-quality, personalized resident care as needs change.
• Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians, and Caregivers; provide ongoing training.
• Coordinate medication training, audits, and pharmacy management per Brookdale guidelines.
