TELUS Health is looking for a Systems Analyst II in the Health & Welfare Benefits Implementations segment. You will configure and deploy our Health & Welfare software for major clients, impacting thousands of employees, while diagnosing issues and delivering solutions in an Agile setting.

The role emphasizes communication, independent initiative, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow in benefits and healthcare tech.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent hands‑on experience.
1–3 years in IT, system configuration, or implementation.
SQL expertise; MS SQL Server Management Studio is a bonus.
Proficiency in ASP/ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript.
H&W Benefits and/or Payroll knowledge is highly valued.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
