Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville is seeking a Health Unit Coordinator for the Med/Surg Unit on a full-time days schedule, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 6:45am to 3:15pm, at Baptist South.

The HUC will handle clerical duties on the nursing unit, answer call lights, manage supplies, greet customers, and maintain an orderly station.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, BLS certification, and healthcare setting experience; an Associate's degree is preferred.

This Health Unit Coordinator role is a Full-Time Days opportunity working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 6:45am-3:15pm and is located at the Baptist South (Jacksonville, FL).

We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have confidence working in a clerical role. Health Unit Coordinators (HUCs) are responsible for secretarial activities of the nursing unit.
