Job Description

This position plans, organizes, and implements the non-nursing functions of assigned unit(s) to facilitate workflow, enhance unit productivity, and provide excellent customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include performing clerical and reception duties, requisitioning supplies, assisting with scheduling, observing telemetry monitors when indicated, and other duties as assigned. Preferred candidates will have experience or training in a hospital or clinic setting as a health unit coordinator, medical secretary, or medical receptionist.

• 1 Year of Hospital HUC, Unit Clerk, or Secretary experience preferred.
