Job summary

MultiCare Health System's Navos Behavioral Health unit in Seattle seeks a Health Unit Coordinator for a part-time, day-shift role. You’ll act as the central hub for patient flow, coordinating communications and supporting nursing staff as they deliver care to patients across diverse backgrounds.

The role emphasizes strong communication, independent decision-making, and teamwork with Clinical Directors and RNs to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient services.

Qualifications

  • Completion of an approved Unit Secretary vocational training course or currently enrolled in a clinical education program.
  • One year of patient care experience or one year of clerical experience in a medical setting.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $20.98 - $31.02 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
