What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing day-to-day project activities and deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that enhance employee health, safety, and productivity
- Act as a subject matter expert in Care Delivery, providing strategic insights and educating clients on best practices
- Oversee client projects, ensuring effective project management and meeting deadlines
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement integration strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in health and benefits and/or care delivery
- At least 2 years of consulting experience
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Undergraduate degree; a master's or clinical degree preferred
