Responsibilities
New Growth Creation & Commercial Strategy
  • Drive development of the end‑to‑end commercial strategy, including consumer and provider insight‑driven segmentation, value proposition design, channel strategy, and ecosystem orchestration.
  • Bring experience commercializing and scaling new offerings, ideally in DTC, digitally enabled, or non‑traditional healthcare channels.
  • Own commercial inputs to the business case, including market sizing, revenue projections, and growth opportunities.
  • Design and execute rapid experimentation cycles (MVPs, pilots, A/B testing) to validate commercial models and go‑to‑market approaches, continuously optimizing based on learnings.
  • Define and build new commercial capabilities required to support emerging care models, including digital engagement, customer acquisition, and service‑oriented delivery.
  • Bring external perspectives and best practices from consumer, digital health, and access‑driven care models to challenge traditional approaches and accelerate innovation.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Building
  • Identify, evaluate, and help manage strategic partnerships critical to enabling new business models.
  • Co‑create solutions with partners across digital platforms, service providers, and channel players to accelerate market adoption.
  • Orchestrate ecosystem stakeholders to deliver integrated, patient‑centric experiences.
Cross‑Functional Leadership & Execution
  • Lead across a highly matrixed team, partnering with R&D, Business Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Operations to drive results.
  • Translate strategy into clear execution plans with rapid test‑and‑learn cycles, balancing speed with rigor.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders while maintaining momentum in an iterative, evolving environment.
Evidence Generation & Market Shaping

  • Engage external stakeholders and thought leaders to build trust, credibility, and adoption.
Qualifications
Education
  • BS/BA in business, science, marketing, or health care required.
  • MBA strongly desired.
Experience
  • 7–10+ years of relevant experience in commercial strategy, global marketing, or business development within healthcare, life sciences, medtech, or adjacent industries.
  • Demonstrated experience launching and scaling new products, services, or platforms, ideally in patient‑centric, consumer‑initiated, or direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) healthcare models.
  • Experience working in non‑traditional channels (e.g., digital health, at‑home testing, consumer health, or service‑based delivery models) strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record leading early‑stage or ambiguous initiatives, with responsibility for building commercial strategy and driving execution from concept through launch.
  • Experience engaging with or building external partnerships and ecosystems to enable new business models.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to design and execute end‑to‑end go‑to‑market models for new and emerging offerings.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with demonstrated ability to distill complex, ambiguous concepts into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Deep customer orientation, translating human needs and behaviors into compelling value propositions, journeys, and experiences.
  • Strong understanding of consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies, including digital channels and service‑oriented delivery models.
  • Experience leveraging behavioral insights, qualitative research, and real‑world data to inform strategy and optimize performance.
  • Demonstrated success building and influencing across cross‑functional and highly matrixed teams, with strong stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Experience with partnership development, ecosystem strategy, and co‑creation of solutions beyond traditional product offerings.
