Health Technician (Telehealth Clinical)- Into the Home

Position Overview

The Health Technician (Telehealth Clinical) serves in a generalist role to support and manage telehealth operations at a clinical care delivery site. The position provides services for veterans within their homes and is located at the Lebanon VA Medical Center, with duties that require travel.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Supporting clinical telehealth encounters by serving as the tele-presenter, functioning as an imager and data manager, managing real-time telehealth events, and providing technical and administrative support.
  • Supporting telehealth technology setup, troubleshooting, scheduling appointments, and maintaining equipment and inventory.
  • Ensuring patient privacy and security regulations are followed.
  • Providing patient education and support, including completing satisfaction surveys.
  • Communicating effectively with staff and providers at local and remote sites.
Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.

Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen, proficient in English, and meet security and background checks. Participation in flu vaccination is required.

Qualifications
