Department: Department of Health and Human Services

This position serves as a support member of the nursing team and provides medical care, public health services, and other health care related services in homes, schools, clinics, job sites, and community locations. Incumbent reports to the Supervisory Clinical Nurse. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).

Complete screening of patients in the outpatient clinic obtaining vital signs and documenting EHR. Tracks lab results, medical history, discharge summaries and follow-up visits. Provides informal and basic health education to patient and families.

Assist in emergency situations and stocks supply room.
