Job summary

Meta is seeking a Health Tech Sourcing & Partnerships Manager to define and execute supplier strategies for wearable health devices. You will own sourcing across sensors, health IP, and development services, negotiating master agreements and driving cost savings across the supply chain.

You will partner with Health Tech, Product, Engineering, and UX teams to deliver health-focused experiences at scale, while ensuring regulatory compliance and long-term supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Health Technologies.
• 6+ years in health/wellness/fitness wearables with end-to-end supply chain experience.
• 6+ years negotiating sensor applications, health tech IP roadmaps, and complex agreements.
• Experience structuring business, technology, and legal aspects of partnerships.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong communication with clear briefing materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop vision, strategy, and execution plan for Health Tech partnerships and sensor/IP capabilities.
• Collaborate with Health Tech, Product, Engineering, and UX to define products under competitive terms.
• Negotiate master development, supply, licensing agreements, and SLAs.
• Lead strategic supplier & partner relationships up to executive level; run QBRs against Meta KPIs.
• Own cost models, should-cost analyses, and cost-reduction programs for minimum total cost.
• Scout new partners, influence roadmaps, drive Early Supplier Involvement and RFQ processes.
• Build contingency plans to mitigate lead times, single-source risk, and excess inventory.
• Drive health AI features into Meta wearables and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, FDA).
