Real Chemistry is seeking a Manager, Social Media to lead social strategies across platforms for biotech/pharma clients. You will craft engaging content, guide paid and organic campaigns, and coordinate with account, creative, and analytics teams in a fast-paced, hybrid US role.

The position requires 2–4 years in social media, a BA/BS, and proficiency on major platforms. Remote options within the US are available with some in-office requirements.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in social media, in biotech or pharmaceutical
• College degree (BA or equivalent)
• Shown proficiency in social media, both personally and professionally
• Understanding of how paid promotion works on main platforms; experience with influencers is a plus
• Experience in social channel engagement and community management monitoring

Responsibilities

• Master all things social media across platforms and channels.
• Develop Organic and Paid Strategies; advise clients on social campaigns.
• Write compelling social content and support graphics creation with Canva.
• Collaborate cross-functionally as day-to-day social media lead across multiple accounts.
• Stay organized, manage timelines, and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
