Job summary

Peterson Health Technology Institute is seeking an Associate to drive rigorous, evidence-based assessments of digital health technologies. You will analyze economic burden, evaluate company-specific evidence, and support budget impact models while preparing executive presentations and reports.

Qualifications

• Three years or more of experience in healthcare at a management consulting, strategy, policy analysis, life sciences, or other relevant research or consulting organization.
• Experience with data and analytics including analyzing clinical literature and creating health economic models.
• Strong Excel skills required; experience with tools such as R, SAS, Stata are a plus.
• Program, project management, or related experience.
• Intellectual curiosity and interest in healthcare delivery, healthcare system transformation, and healthcare policy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct background research on the economic burden of disease relevant to each assessment topic area.
• Analyze company-specific economic claims and evidence for design, methodology and quality.
• Support development of budget impact models and help validate key assumptions.
• Extract, organize, and synthesize economic findings into coherent narratives.
• Maintain organization of economic models, data, and assumptions across internal teams.
• Draft sections of PHTI's reports translating economic evidence into clear language for non-technical audiences.
• Project manage key report production processes.
• Stay current on emerging trends, players, policy and best practices in digital health and related fields.
• Help drive other initiatives or projects in current or emerging digital health topics.
