Responsibilities

• Develop and review health systems strengthening plans to integrate donor-supported activities into national health system functions.
• Provide technical guidance to align donor activities with governance, service delivery, information systems, and supply chain institutions.
• Coordinate with government counterparts and partners to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of integration efforts and recommend improvements.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and technical guidance documents for stakeholders.
• Document lessons learned and best practices for health systems strengthening efforts.
