Kaufman Hall is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Healthcare Insights to lead a multidisciplinary team building a new health-system intelligence capability. You will translate business needs into a focused roadmap and collaborate with data scientists, healthcare experts, and technology partners to ensure reliable, meaningful insights that strengthen consulting work.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in healthcare consulting, health-system finance, healthcare market analytics, healthcare benchmarking, and/or related fields.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical and technical requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Insight engine team in design, development, launch, and evolution of the Insights Engine.
• Guide data quality, validation, source reliability, and documentation standards.
• Translate business needs to technical solutions and communicate clear business terms.
• Collaborate with leaders to validate use cases and drive adoption across consulting teams.
• Demonstrate value of the Insights Engine and guide enhancements based on feedback.
