Job summary

Kaufman Hall is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Healthcare Insights to lead a multi-disciplinary team and build a next-gen health-system intelligence capability for consultants. You will work with business leaders, healthcare SMEs, data scientists and technology partners to deliver meaningful insights that support complex client questions and driving consulting excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in healthcare consulting or health-system analytics.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Insight engine team in design, development, launch, maintenance, and continuous evolution of the Insights Engine.
• Translate business needs into analytical requirements and communicate complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Establish standards for data quality, analytical validation, source reliability, documentation, and responsible use of insights.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of the Insights Engine based on business needs and user feedback.
