As an engineering lead of our Data Platform team at St Luke’s, you will be integral in developing and helping others develop innovative data solutions for business‑critical data that is shared across the enterprise and collectively represents a “single source of truth.” The ideal candidate for this position would have great communication skills, be a curious self‑starter, have great analytical and problem‑solving skills, and have a passion for delivering technical solutions that enable time‑sensitive, critical decisions. Previous technical or personnel leadership is a plus, but not required.
