Job summary

Texas Children’s seeks a dynamic executive to serve as its next Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). This is a pivotal role leading cybersecurity strategy for a leading pediatric and women’s health system.

Reporting to the Executive VP and CIO, the CISO will oversee enterprise cybersecurity, privacy, risk management and data protection, ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability while collaborating with clinical, research, legal and operational partners.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as an information security executive within a health system.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and health information privacy.
• Experience with risk analysis, data protection and governance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
