Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to teaching Health Studies or 5 years of directly related professional experience may be substituted for the advanced degree.
• Commitment to complete a master’s degree within two years of hire; master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a full-time workload (15 credit hours per term) including health studies coursework and clinical/lab components.
• Teach effectively in traditional, hybrid, and online formats; foster inclusive, equitable learning environments.
• Coordinate with high schools for Early College/dual enrollment initiatives and site engagement.
• Serve as academic advisor and participate in governance, assessment, and program improvement.
