Responsibilities

• Teach students in a classroom or online environment following required protocols and curriculum.
• Develop content for the course.
• Collaborate with program officials on students’ academic progress and needs.
• Assess course and program learning outcomes.
• Provide an engaging learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with students and colleagues and work as part of a team.
• Stay current with professional development activities.
• Use college/high school platforms to communicate with students and colleagues.
• Deliver course content in a learner-centered environment that promotes student engagement and success.
• Respond to communications within established timelines and grade assignments promptly.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and final grades; manage course-related duties.
