Job summary
The Exercise Coach® - Northeast Tarrant County is hiring full-time Strength/Stretch/Personal Trainer/Health Coaches for studios in Colleyville, Keller and Southlake. If you have a strong interest in health and fitness with enthusiasm, a positive attitude and good communication, we offer a fulfilling coaching position with paid certification and growth opportunities.
You will lead sessions, conduct balance and cognitive training, and track client progress.
Qualifications
- Passion for health and fitness and ability to inspire others.
- Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions during training.
- People-oriented mindset with energy and enthusiasm for coaching teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead individual and semi-private strength training sessions.
- Conduct balance and cognitive training sessions.
- Provide coach-assisted stretching sessions.
- Use evidence-based fitness technology.
- Track client goals and fitness results.
- Grow the business through client acquisition and retention.
