Job summary

The Exercise Coach® is hiring health coaches and personal trainers for the Tulsa studio. Full-time and part-time positions available. No prior trainer or stretch experience required—we train and certify you as a Coach.

Pay starts with a base hourly rate during training, then increases to 17–21 USD per hour after certification, with potential advancement. We offer profit sharing, training and development, wellness resources, a 401(k), company events, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; CPR/AED certification preferred or obtainable during training.
• 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience is desirable.
• Passion for health and fitness, plus ability to motivate clients and convey clear instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients during sessions using TEC protocol and real-time feedback.
• Maintain positive client relationships and track progress over time.
• Support preparation for upcoming openings and possible new location rollout.
