• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including WHS, BI teams, and business unit leaders to design and deliver Health Solution programs that meet compliance requirements and operational goals
• Develop and optimize operational excellence procedures for compliance tracking and HST programs, leveraging BI partnership for dashboard development and data integration
• Maintain working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and collaborate with BI teams to create scalable mechanisms for program monitoring and reporting

The WHS Program Manager drives operational excellence and strategic compliance initiatives for the Health Solution Team (HST) under Global Medical & Health (GMH), leading cross-functional programs across multiple operational countries while providing direct WHS partnership to Global sites. Key job responsibilities

The Global Medical & Health (GMH) organization comprises three teams: the Global Medical Team (GMT), Health Solutions Team (HST), and Health Data Strategy. This role supports the Health Solutions Team in driving WHS compliance and operational excellence across Global sites.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• 3+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience in workplace health & safety (WHS) related field

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
• Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
