Job summary

Amazon Health Solutions Team in Bellevue, WA seeks a Program Manager to drive WHS compliance and operational excellence across Global sites. You will lead cross-functional programs, develop scalable compliance solutions, and optimize HST delivery with data-driven strategies.

The role partners with WHS, BI, and business leaders to meet regulatory requirements, manage vendor relationships, and scale pilots into enterprise-wide programs. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years PM experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL knowledge.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• 3+ years developing program strategies and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience in workplace health and safety (WHS) field.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning with business unit leadership to align GMH goals with operational priorities.
• Develop end-to-end compliance strategies to optimize HST program costs and adherence.
• Conduct WHS regulatory research and data analytics to inform decisions.
• Drive enterprise-wide health initiatives by scaling pilots to broader implementation.
• Partner with WHS, BI teams, and leaders to design Health Solution programs meeting requirements.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships to support GMH objectives.
• Develop and optimize procedures for compliance tracking and HST programs with BI dashboards.
• Maintain working knowledge of BI tools and collaborate to create scalable monitoring mechanisms.
