Aon Health Solutions is seeking a Health Solutions Account Executive, Private Equity, to lead strategic PE portfolio clients in Charlotte, NC, delivering innovative plan design, cost control, and compliant programs.
You will work with senior stakeholders, guide renewals, run financial analyses, and mentor teammates while collaborating across internal teams and vendors to drive growth.

In this role, you will serve as the project and strategic lead for our Private Equity clients' portfolio companies. Working with junior team members, you will help drive strategy, ensure client's plan compliant, needs are addressed, and completion of special projects related to M&A activities. A typical day will include reviewing reports and client presentations, facilitating and participating in client meetings, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring that the team is meeting all deadlines.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $185,00.00 - $195,000.00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
