Qualifications

• MD with MPH, PhD, DrPH or equivalent doctoral degree in Health Services Research, Implementation Science, Epidemiology, Public Health, or related field.
• Strong track record of research productivity in implementation science and/or outcomes research.
• Experience securing extramural funding and mentoring junior investigators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a high-impact health services research program focused on implementation science and health outcomes.
• Conduct independent and collaborative studies addressing healthcare delivery, access, quality, and equity.
• Establish a funded research portfolio with active grants and manage proposals to federal, state, and foundations.
• Publish in high-impact journals and mentor junior faculty, trainees, and students.
• Contribute to teaching in health services research, epidemiology, and related fields.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners across C4HR, UICOMP, and community organizations.
