U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is seeking a Supervisory Health Services Administrator to lead healthcare operations at a facility, ensuring high-quality compliance with policies and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
Two years management experience as a uniformed service officer or one year in health care administration.
Obtains level II Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Certification within 12 months of hire.
Maintains CPR/BLS certification and readiness status.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day healthcare services operations within the facility as RHA.
Supervise government staff and mentor FHPM and other managers.
Serve as alternate Government Technical Monitor for contracted services.
Develop and implement local policies aligned with accreditation standards.
Monitor programs, documentation and timelines; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Manage fiscal resources and support contract procurement and invoicing.
