Salary: $6,250 - $7,083 per month

About the Role:

We seek a dedicated Health Services Manager to join our team at Total Shape. This role will oversee the management and improvement of health services within our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for health and wellness, and the ability to manage and develop a team to provide the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of health services, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
2. Develop and implement health programs and initiatives to improve the overall health of employees and customers.
3. Lead and manage a team of health professionals, providing guidance and support for continuous improvement.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure health services align with company goals.
5. Monitor health service performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
6. Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of health services.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management, Public Health, or a related field (Master's preferred).
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a health services management role.

5. Proven ability to manage budgets and improve operational efficiency.
