Job summary

Copper River Native Association is seeking a Health Director to provide executive leadership for clinical service lines, quality initiatives, and central registration. You will drive performance on quality metrics, ensure patient-centered care, and guide strategic growth with fiscal accountability.

Collaboration with the Physician Medical Director and SMT will shape service expansion and integration across CRNA clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• Three or more years of healthcare leadership with direct supervision.
• Experience managing clinic operations across multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding and sensitivity to Alaska Native culture and lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all health service clinics to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage clinic scheduling, patient access, throughput, supply chain, and resource allocation across service lines.
• Foster positive provider relations and alignment with organizational goals; partner with clinic staff and Physician Medical Director.
• Oversee Quality and ensure standards through quality planning, control, assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Lead strategic planning with SMT, drive service expansion and new care models.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, revenue cycle awareness, and cost management.
• Prepare and deliver performance reporting to the Board, SMT, and tribal councils.
