Brightwater Senior Living is seeking a Health Services Director for Mirror Lake Village Senior Living Community to lead the Health Services Department and ensure high‑quality care across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate education, ensure regulatory compliance, manage schedules, and participate in QA initiatives to support residents' independence and dignity.

Overall management of the Health Services Department for the Community. Assure health services issues of residents are addressed, as well as other service issues that have a potential impact upon the health of residents. Orientation, education, and training for new health services staff. Schedules health services staff and assists with specific components of medication room operations. 24/7 accountability for the Community. Working shifts and supporting front line staff when needed.Part of the on-call rotation with RCMs and the other Health Care Leaders. Responsible for covering staffing when needed. May work any shifts, day, pm, NOC and weekends, and or holidays to support to care for the residents.
All responsibilities are to be performed within the scope of practice per state or provincial regulations.
