Job summary

ARC of the Treasure Coast is seeking a compassionate Health Services Coordinator to manage healthcare and medication services for residents in our homes. You will coordinate medical, dental, psychiatric, and telehealth appointments while ensuring safe, timely care and strong collaboration with staff and families.

Ideal candidate holds an LPN license (FL) with 2+ years in healthcare or related fields, and demonstrates excellent organization and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Florida LPN license preferred; valid and unrestricted.
• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare or residential services preferred.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical, dental, psychiatric, and telehealth appointments.
• Track orders, prescriptions, and MAR updates; ensure accuracy.
• Perform medication reconciliation after visits and changes.
• Conduct monthly medication-system audits and follow-up.
• Maintain confidential health records; uphold HIPAA compliance.
• Train residential staff on medication procedures and health processes.
• Communicate with families, providers, pharmacies, and support coordinators.
• Ensure adherence to ARC policies and healthcare regulations.
• Travel between residential homes and providers as needed.
