Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Health Services Administrator to oversee the delivery of healthcare programs in compliance with state/local regulations and accreditation standards. You will supervise staff and coordinate interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field and 3+ years in administrative/managerial roles, plus CPR certification.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration, or health related field preferred.
• Delivery and administration of correctional medical, dental, and mental health care recommended.
• Three years administrative, management and supervisory experience.
• Sound decision‑making skills are mandatory.
• Organizational experience in operations and planning required.
• Experience in managing budgets and analyzing contracts preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees delivery of healthcare services per state/local regs, ACA, NCCHC, and accreditation standards.
• Evaluates financial and data, identifies needs, and recommends improvements for cost efficiency.
• Recruits, orients, and evaluates staff; maintains relationships with stakeholders; ensures policy compliance.
• Monitors services, pharmacy use, referrals, hospitalizations, and potential liabilities to safeguard quality.
• Acts as liaison with professional bodies; participates in audits and quality improvement activities.
