T he Manageris responsible fordeveloping, implementing, and overseeing all safety, environmental, and occupational health programs within a large detention facility. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and Maryland safety standards. The EHS Manager leads safety inspections, emergency preparedness activities, hazardous‑materials management, and life‑safety system oversight to ensure a safe and compliant environment for staff, contractors, and detainees. This position includes 24/7 coverage, and may include overnight shifts, evenings, weekends, and holiday coverage.
