Job summary

Rite of Passage is seeking a Health Service Administrator (Registered Nurse) at Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center in Mansfield, Arkansas. The role focuses on coordinating medical activities and ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines to support youth in care.

You will collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and dental staff on-site or via telehealth, manage student files, and supervise 1-2 nurses while upholding safety and program policies in a 100% on-site setting.

Qualifications

• RN license required in Arkansas or ability to obtain.
• Associate or higher in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in health service administration or clinical supervision a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of the medical department for MJTC.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare guidelines and safety standards for youth.
• Support medical, psychiatric, and dental providers on-site and via telehealth.
• Maintain resident medical files with accuracy and confidentiality.

What you will do:A day in the life of a Health Service Administrator (HSA) at MJTC is rarely the same, HARD WORK, EXCITING, IMPACTFUL, and very REWARDING. As an HSA at Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the medical department, ensuring adherence to the healthcare guidelines, and implementing safety standards for our youth. This is a 100% onsite position. Duties include but are not limited to: Manage student healthcare according to their needs, Assist medical, psychiatric, and dental providers on-site and/or via telehealth, Maintain resident medical files, Enforce facility rules, policies, and routines, Supervise 1-2 registered nurses at the site.
