Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a health-related field or Doctorate Degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• At least five (5) years of supervisory experience in the education or healthcare field.
• Teaching experience is required.
• Competency in the use of technology.
• Effective oral, auditory, and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, planning, organizing, and prioritizing with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight for health sciences programs, budgets, and accreditation compliance.
• Supervises instructors, recruits adjuncts, and develops class schedules.
• Maintains records and supports curriculum development and program reviews.
• Develops partnerships with healthcare providers and external agencies to support student success.
• Represents the Health Sciences Division in institutional meetings and accreditation activities.
