Career Team in the United States is seeking a part-time Career Services & Employer Partnerships Specialist to actively generate employment opportunities for health & sciences graduates. You will act as a talent matchmaker, sourcing open roles, pitching candidates, and building strong employer partnerships.

You will run multi-channel outreach, manage an alumni pipeline, and deliver 1:1 virtual coaching focusing on professional development topics such as resume optimization, LinkedIn, networking,

Qualifications

2+ years of direct experience in university employer relations, higher education career services, workforce development, or technical/healthcare recruitment.
Active pursuit or completion of a recognized career coaching certification (e.g., ICF, PARWCC, Lumia, The Academies, Coach U, or equivalent).
Hands-on proficiency with Handshake, HubSpot (or comparable CRM systems), and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet).
Exceptional written, verbal, and phone/text communication skills with a comfortable, high-energy approach to cold outreach and candidate representation.

Responsibilities

Identify hiring managers and open positions aligned with alumni.
Pitch qualified alumni to hiring managers to secure interviews.
Provide market insights on health and sciences hiring trends.
