Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; health-related field or education preferred.
• At least 3 years in higher education, healthcare administration, or project management.
• Experience with accreditation processes or compliance documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with programmatic accreditation activities for Health Sciences programs, ensuring compliance with accrediting agencies’ standards, policies, and timelines.
• Maintain current knowledge of accreditation requirements and assist program directors with self-studies, reports, and site visit documentation.
• Serve as liaison between the College, accrediting bodies, and program directors for timely submission of materials.
• Assist with preparation and submission of new program applications and related documentation for ACCS, ACHE, and SACSCOC.
• Assist with data collection, organization, and analysis for program assessment and reporting.
• Develop and monitor accreditation tracking systems for continuous compliance.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting summaries as directed.
• Coordinate meetings and manage project timelines with program directors.
